How the process works

  • DISCOVER

    Our web design packages together with pricing help you to select a website solution which will work best for your business. To confirm our price for your project we ask you to complete a design questionnaire, which allows us to fine-tune your requirements and email you a full quote. If you would like to go ahead, we clarify your requirements, either by phone or meeting with you. We get to know your business, what you would like to achieve, website styles you like, discuss content to be included and any specific features required.

  • DESIGN

    Once you’re ready to proceed, we request a deposit and schedule in your project. We’ll design a web page, taking into account your company colours and any design preferences that you have specified. We’ll use our years of knowledge and expertise to create a style that will attract your target audience. We then send you a link to review the web page and discuss the web design with you. We’ll listen to your feedback and carry out any amendments required to the design and layout.

    DESIGN

  • DEVELOP

    We build the remaining pages to the style approved and develop and integrate any web design features specified. We’ll send you a link to our server to check over all the details. After carrying out any amendments, we’ll test all the site elements to check that everything is in working order across all devices in preparation to launch the website.

  • LAUNCH

    We set up your hosting and make the site live on your chosen domain name together with any associated email accounts. Once live, we test everything again and submit the website to the search engines. We’ll provide ongoing support as you need it. You’ll be able to update the website yourself via an online administration page or we’re happy to offer web maintenance services.
